Procurement of Electrical Power — 0ygarden Municipality

On behalf of the contracting authority 0ygarden municipality, Kinect Energy AS shall implement a competition for the supply of electrical power.

The contracting authority invites tenderers to a competition for the supply of electric power.

The contract must include all plants owned by 0ygarden municipality, 0yVAR, 0ygarden Kyrkjelege Fellesrad and 0ygarden Brann og Redning IKS.

The tenderer must supply electricity in accordance with the following specifications:

— volume: approx. 35 GWh,

— number of plants: 357,

— grid owner: BKK Nett AS.

Prices shall be collected in accordance with the attached price form.

Legislated quantity of electrical certificates shall be purchased by the tenderer and shall be included in the mark-up.
