The subject of the order is a regular delivery of el. energy in the expected volume of 96 500 MWh, - 78 000 MWh wholesale and 18 500 MWh small retail - for the contract period from 00.00 hrs. CET on 1.1.2020 to 24.00 hrs. CET on 31.12.2021, including its transmission distribution distribution (electric transmissionenergy, el. energy, system services and other regulated items) to the offtake point of the customer and take over the responsibility for imbalance, in the quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution network operator, in compliance with the valid legal regulations of the SR, technical conditions and rules of operation of the distribution network operator and guarantee of delivery throughout the validity period

1. Only the person who fulfills these conditions of personal status can participate in the public procurement:

3. The contracting authority provides free, unrestricted, complete and direct access to the supporting documents through electronic means. From this point of view, the public procurer does not send the supporting documents. The procurer will be in communication with applicants or fromin accordance with - 20 of the Public Procurement Act through the Josephine Communication Interface. This method of communication refers to any communication and filing between the procurer and the interested parties, respectively. Applicants throughout the procurement process.

5. Delivery rules: the shipment is deemed to have been delivered to the applicant / applicant if the addressee has an objectpossibility to get acquainted with its content, ie. how suddenly the shipment gets to the spheres of his disposition. For the moment of delivery, Josephine is considered to be the moment of its delivery in the Josephine system in accordance with the functionality of the

6 system. The public procurement in question is not a green public procurement, there is no procurement for innovation, it is not a procurement focused on social aspects.dividing the order into parts:

It is a supply of 1 object of the order - electricity to the sampling site 1 of the subject. Also, unified and well-organized supply management and electricity consumption accounting are also important for the procurer.
