Purchase of electricity for UAA consumption sites. Balteni, Gorj County

Following the contract, the electical power supply of the 23 public consumption places located in Balteni commune, Gorj county will be ensured, ensuring the public lighting, the activity within the institution and the objectives pas well as the operation of the city's water supply system.

Main Site: U.A.T. Balteni.

The object of the contract is the supply of electricity to UAA's consumption sites. Balteni and regulating the relationship between supplier (contractor) and authority (consumer) on supply, billing, payment and other services as well as energy consumption conditionsduring the framework agreement period

The annex on the places of consumption may be changed with new consumer points of consumption or consumption points that will be abolished

The procurement procedure will be completed by concluding a framework agreement for the supply of electricity, valid for a period of 36 months, which comes into force on 1.8.2019, CPV code: 09310000-5-Electricity

1) Biddersthird parties and subcontractors should not find themselves in the situations provided for in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: the DUAE shall be completed in accordance with Art. 193 par. (1) of the Law no. 98 / 2016.

The supporting documents demonstrating the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE are to be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer placed on the first place in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders.

These documents are:

- Certificate of attestation regarding the lack of overdue debts regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget headquarters, secondary headquarters, work points; ANAF state budget, etc.) at the moment of presentation (for which there are payment obligations), issued up to 30 days before being submitted / submitted to the contracting authority,

- The judicial record of the economic operator and the members of the management body, management or oversight of that economic operator or those having the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / act of incorporation, issued no later than 6 months before being sent / submitted to the contracting authority,

- If necessary, documents proving the fact that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement,

- Other editing documents, as appropriate.

If no documents of the kind referred to above are issued in the country of origin or the country in which the tenderer / third party / subcontractor is established or the documents are not all the situations provided in art. 164, 165 and 167, the contracting authority has the obligation to accept a declaration onor where there is no legal provision in the country concerned on the declaration on own responsibility, an authentic declaration given to a notary, an administrative or judicial authority or a professional association with competence to do so; decision function of the contracting authority, on the organization, conduct and performance of the contractthe completion of the award procedure are:
