The purpose of the acquisition is the realization of the Low Voltage Power Supply of the Ministry of Environment

Main Site: At the headquarters of the Ministry, Libertăţii Boulevard no. 12, sector 5, Bucharest

The minimum quantity of a subsequent contract is 75 MWh.

The maximum quantity of the largest contractubsecvent is 900 MWh

The minimum amount of the frame agreement is 75 MWh

The maximum amount of the frame agreement is 1 800 MWh. 1:

Non-compliance with the situations stipulated in art. 164, art. 165 and art. 167 of the Law no. 98/2016 - the DUAE will be filled by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation.

Note:

In case of submission of aIf requested by the contracting authority, the candidate / tenderer placed on the first place in the intermediate rankings completed at the evaluation of the tenders will submit the following supporting documents fulfilling the assumed by completing the DUAE:

- certify- the criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the economic operator or of the persons empowered to represent, decide or control in respect of the lack of overdue debts at the time of filing; its framework, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constituent act- documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of the Public Procurement Law 98/2016, - other editorial documents, as the case may be. 2:

Statement on Liability on the Non-existence of Conflict of Interest, Mentioning Decision Makersis within the contracting authority, as well as those involved in elaborating the awarding documentation and carrying out the procedure, completed according to the Form no. 1. The statement will be submitted with the DUAE by all participants in the award procedure (bidder, associate, subcontractor and third party).

- Vasile Paraschiv - advisor • The tenderer is not allowed to have as members of the board of directors / management or supervisory bodies and / or shareholders or associates persons who are spouse, overseasor if he / she is in the business relationship with the persons holding decision-making positions within the contracting authority.

If there are uncertainties regarding the personal situation of an economic operator, the contracting authority reserves the right to request information directly from the competent authorities. The economic operators submitting the offer mustto prove a form of registration under the law of the country of residence, as well as the fact that they are legally constituted, that they are not in any of the situations of cancellation of the establishment and have the professional capacity to perform the activities that are the subject of the contract - DUAE by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with related information andtheir condition.

Requirement no. 1:

In accordance with the provisions of art. 173 of Law 98/2016 on public procurement, the contracting authority has the right to require any economic operator to submit relevant documents proving the registration form and, as the case may be, attestation or belonging professionally in accordance with the requirements law in the country where it isyou are the economic operator. If the first ranked offers have equal prices, the contracting authority will ask for clarifications through SEAP, for the electronic loading by the economic operators of documents containing new prices, in order to be separatedtenders. In order to view attribution documentation uploaded in SEAP, economic operators must have a program required to view electronically signed files (this program being available free of charge on the websites of electronic signature providers).
