The UEA, with which the tenderer declares that he meets the following selection criteria:

1. The tenderer must submit te have a supply license for electricity valid at the time of the tender.

The tenderer undertakes, if necessary, to guarantee the extension or renewal of his supply license in a timely manner so that he always has access from the date of allocation to the end of the delivery period about a valid delivery license.

A copy of the delivery license isto be added to the quotation

Additional information i.v.m. submit tenders / applications: The tenders may only be sent via the e-Tendering internet site https://eten.publicprocurement.be/ which guarantees compliance with the conditions of Article 52 of the Royal Decree of 7/15/2011. There are three options for e-tendering:
