Open procedure, with the electronic auction system, for the supply of electricity and related services for the units of Prealpi Servizi S.r.l. - CIG: 7817936CDE.

The supply, as better described in the special tender documents, of electricity and related services for the consumption units (withdrawal points - POD) of Prealpi Servizi S.r.l. listed in the AnnexA. CIG: 7817936CDE.

The supply, as better described in the special contract documents, of electricity and services for the units of consumption (withdrawal points - POD) of Prealpi Servizi S.r.l. reported in Annex A. CIG: 7817936CDE.

The tendering procedure pursuant to art. 45, co. 2 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, meeting the geneconomic, financial and technical-organizational best specified in the Disciplinary of competition and in relation to which there are no grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016; to these subjects the provisions set forth in articles 47 and 48 of Legislative Decree 50/2016. Professional Qualification Requirements:

a) to be registered with the Chamber of Commerce Industry Registrygianato and Agricoltura for the activity covered by this procedure, that is, for companies not resident in ITALY, to be registered in a similar professional or commercial register according to the legislation of the country of origin;

b) to be registered on the list of wholesalers drawn up by the authority for electricity, gas and the water system with reference to the tariff listreferred to in Legislative Decree no. 79 of 16.3.99;

c) to be in possession of the company code issued by the U.T.F. (Finance Technical Office) to operate as a substitute for tax; (only for cooperative societies and cooperative consortia) registration in the national register of cooperative societies referred to in the D.M. 23.6.2004.

To have turnover for competence in the three years preceding the date of publicationcation of the tender, or in the shorter time of business, for the supply of energy in low and medium voltage (BT and MT) at least € 6 600 000.00 over VAT.

Justification: this limit of access to the procedure is motivated by the economic entity and the criticism of the supply in question which has the character of the inadequacy for the purpose of safeguarding the environment and public health, as well as the safeguarding of company assets.
