The subject of the Procurement Agreement is the supply of electrical power to the OMC with the assumption of responsibility for deviation of its distribution through distribution. The supply of electricity must be in accordance with the technical conditions and the order of the distributor of the distribution network and must be in accordance with the(Act No. 251/2012 Coll. on Energy, promulgations of URSO No. 423/2013 amending and amending the URSO Emergency Decree No. 24/2013 Coll., which establishes the quality standards of the supplied electric power Energy and Provision of Services, Regulation No. 211/2010, supplementing the Government Regulation No. 317/2007 Coll., laying down the rules for the functioning of the electricity market in the wording of the Zakona č. 309/2009 Z. z.). The subject of the procurement is a supply of power electric power to OM public purchaser assuming responsibility for the deviation of its distribution through distribution. The supply of electricity must correspond to technical-the conditions and the order of the distributor of the distribution network and must comply with the valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic (Act No. 251/2012 Coll., on Energy, URSO Announces No. 423/2013, which amends the URSO Emergency No. 24 / 2013 Z. z. Laying down standards for the quality of electricity supplied and the provision of services, Regulation No. 211/2010, which supplements the Regulation of the Governmenty no. 317/2007 Coll., Laying down the rules for the functioning of the electricity market, in the wording of Act no. 309/2009 Coll.)

1. The competitor must comply with the conditions of participation in accordance with - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. 2 of the Public Procurement Act by submitting scanned original documents or their certified true copies. The applicant may prove that he fulfills the conditions of the personal status entered in the list of economic entities pursuant to - 152 of the Public Procurement Act. According to - 39 of the Public Procurement Act, the Applicant may temporarily replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions stipulated by the public procurement agentthrough the Single European Document (JED). The guarantor must meet the conditions for participation in the financial and economic standing referred to in - 33 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. Their fulfillment of the evidence by submitting scanned original documents or their certified true copies as follows:

1.1 - 33 par. 1 letter. a) - Statement of a bank or a branch of a foreign bank (hereafter-only bank) not older than 3 months on the day of submission of the bid for the ability of the applicant to execute financial charges. In the statement, the bank confirms that the applicant for the previous 3 years, respectively. for the years for which the Bank's statements may be made in the statement of business from the commencement or commencement of the business activity until the date of the Bank's statement: a) is not / was not in unauthorized overdraft, b)(c) his / her current account is not / not the subject of execution.

3rd The guy who-constitute a group of suppliers demonstrating the fulfillment of the conditions of participation in public procurement related to the financial and economic standing together. 2nd The public contracting authority shall proceed in the sense of - 66 par. 7 of the GVA and the offers shall be submitted in single-wallet according to - 49 par. 6 of the ZVO and the instructions given in the SP

4. An applicant may, in accordance with - 39 of the GATT, replace the documents with the Single European Document, in which case he shall be obliged to fill in the document with the SAD. The public procurer will be involved in the communication throughout the procurement process, before and after-time limit for submitting tenders in accordance with - 20 of the ZVO through the communication interface of the Josephine system. Project submission is only allowed by an authenticated bidder. Authentication can be done with 2 passwords:

a) in the Josephine system by registering and signing with an electronic chip and security code (eID). The system is an authenticated company that uses the eID to register the company's statutory status. Authentication is performed by the provider of the Josephine system, on working days at 8.00 am - 4 pm

or by waiting for the authorization code to be sentand address of the applicant's firm in the form of registered mail in the form of a registered mail in case the company uses an eID to register a person who is not a company's statutory holder or is registered in the system using a password. The deadline for this expiration is 3 business days and it is necessary to count with this time when the offer is placed

7. Complaints and other documentation for the subject matter procurement, eitheris published in the appropriate Josephine order placed at https://josephine.proebiz.com/, where the contracting authority allows unrestricted access to the underlying documents. Employers with whom the contract will be signed and their subcontractors must be entered in the Public Sector Partners Register prior to signature of the contract in question, if relevant in accordance with the valid-legislation.

9th The facts concerning the procedure for the award of a contract, not covered by the notice of award of public procurement, are governed by the relevant provisions of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement, as amended.
