Requirement of fulfillment of the conditions of the personal status under Article 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement as amended. (the Public Procurement Act).

The Applicant proves that the conditions for participation in a public procurement under Section 32 or Section 152 of the Public Procurement Act comply with the provisions of the Public Procurement Acther. In the case of a tenderer forming a group of contractors involved in a public procurement, proof of compliance with the terms and conditions of the personal status of each individual member of the group is required. The fulfillment of the condition of part-time according to - 32 par. 1 letter. e) the law on public procurement proves the member of the group only in relation to the part of the subject of the procurement which I shall provide.may be provisionally replaced in accordance with Section 39 of the Public Procurement Act: A single European document for the application of the Public Procurement Act is a document which the economic entity may provisionally replace documents proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions specified by the contracting authority. Documents proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions of the part of the European Uniform Document shall be submitted to the publicthe applicant is successful in accordance with - 39 par. 6 of the Act on Public Procurement in Time and on behalf of the Public Procurer.
