Site: Haskovo - Low Voltage Power Supply and Balancing Coordinator-group for the needs of RCDT sites - Haskovo, address: Haskovo, 168 Bulgaria Boulevard. The projected amount of electricity for 24 months is approximately 140 MWh / - 25% net active electrical energy

Valid license issued by the Electricity Market Commission for "Electricity Trading" according to Art. 39, para. 1, item 5 of the Energy Act (EE) and / or "production of electricity"Article Art. 39, para. 1, item 1 of the Energy Act, including the rights and obligations related to the activity "balancing group coordinator" according to Article 39, paragraph 5 of the Energy Act

The participant shall be registered by "Electricity System Regulator" EAD by the deadline for submission of the proposal to the Registry of Standard Balancing Coordinators and to the Registry of Trading Participants with Identified Identity1. In accordance with -2, items 66 and 67 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Public Procurement Act, the "annual total turnover" is the sum of the net sales revenue and "the turnover in the sphere falling within the scope of contract "is an amount equal to the portion of net sales revenue realized by an activity falling within the scope of the public procurement."

For a non-resident participant, the turnover is calculated at the official exchange rate of BugNational Bank of Bulgaria for the relevant currency in BGN
