Participants should be registered as traders under the Commerce Act or under the legislation of another Member State or of another country party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or of the Swiss Confederation

* According to Annex XI to Directive 2014/24 / EC for the Republic of Bulgaria the Register is a Trade Registera valid license issued by the KEVR for "trading in electricity" pursuant to Article 39 (1) (5) of the Energy Act and / or "Production of Electricity" pursuant to Art. 39, para. 1, item 1 of the Energy Act, including the rights and obligations related to the activity "Balancing Group Coordinator", according to Article 39, paragraph 5 of the Energy Act in conjunction with Article 58 of the Electricity Trading Rules(PTFE), and for foreign persons - according to the requirements of Art. 40 para. 7 of the Energy Act. The Participant declares its compliance with this condition of the Contracting Authority by filling in Part IV "Selection Criteria", Section A "Fitness", item 1 of the ENEOP. If the evidence is contained in a public free registry, reference should be made to the enEEDOP.

The participant should have a registration as a coordinatea standard balancing group in the Register of Co-ordinators of standard balancing groups of "Electricity System Operator" EAD under Article 65 of the PTFE with status "active" and for foreign persons in analogous registers according to the legislation of the state in which they are established. The participant declares its compliance with this condition of the contracting entity, completing Part IV "Criteria for SubmissionOr., section A "Fitness", point 1 of the ENEDOP. If the evidence is contained in a public free registry, a reference to the eEEDOP should be indicated.

The standard balancing group, the coordinator of which is the participant, should have no less than 2, 500 members. The participant declares its compliance with this condition of the contracting entity, filling in the necessary information in a model - Annex 2 "ordering the order "and applying a document issued by ESO EAD, certifying the number of members in the standard balancing group of the participant as of 1.10.2018.

The contracting authority does not impose requirements regarding the economic and financial status of the participants. The indicative estimated value of the procurement for the 24-month execution period is BGN 617, 921.00-excluding VAT, as well as no social obligations and excise duty.

The estimated estimated value of the public procurement, including the value of the additional supplies, as set out below, is BGN 720, 908.00 excluding VAT, and obligations to society and excise duty

Options: If at the expiry date of the contract the contracting authority has opened a new procedure with the same subject, the berth may be considered as extended until a new contract is concluded. As a result, additional electricity supplies are expected to be awarded for a maximum of about four months at a projected value of BGN 102, 987.00 excluding VAT, as well as no public and excise duties. The Contractor provides a performance guarantee of 5% without VAT of the contract value
