The carrier of the procurement is obliged to deliver the subject of procurement immediately upon the conclusion of the contract. The carrier of the procurement is obliged to continually deliver the electric energy, the subject of the contract, through the corresponding electric-energy system, to all the facilities of the Contracting Authority listed in the technical specification.

— confirmation that no bankruptcy procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,

— confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,
