Electricity supply with assumption of responsibility for deviation

The subject of the contract is the purchase, supply of electricity for the procurement of places of the procuring entity and the provision of electricity distribution, including the transfer of responsibility for deviation and access of the customer to distribution distribution, electricity distribution, system sl(distributing services) from the respective distributor of the distribution company to which the purchaser's locations are connected to the extent and under the terms of this distribution distributor. 75 Košice-Barca, SLOVAK REPUBLIC

Provision of electricity supply, inlettransmission, distribution, assumption of responsibility for deviations for subscriber points for the premises of Košice Airport - Airport Košice, a.s. in the quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution network operator, in compliance with the valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, the technical conditions and the timetable of the distribution network operator for the contract period for the collection of places. Secure of(hereinafter referred to as distribution services) from the respective distribution distributor (hereinafter referred to as PDS) to which the subscriber's locations are connected to the extent and according to the conditions contract and PDS rules. Take the seats of the Košice-Airpor Airportt Kosice, a.s. specified in the tender documentation. Consumption approx. 2 250 MWh / duration of the contract (12 months)

List and short description of the conditions: The conditions of the applicants are described in detail in the tender documents, in Part G. Conditions of Applicants. The public tender is carried out pursuant to the provisions of - 66 par. 7 of the Act on Public Procurement through the Electronic Information System(hereinafter "EVO"), which is available at www.evo.gov.sk. The order is published on the EVO portal under the number 09.03. Additional information regarding the communication of the communication is provided in the tender documents. The Procurer will not provide documentary submissions to interested parties. The supporting documents are available on the EVO portal - www.evo.gov.sk and in the Public Procurement ProfileIa.

3rd The Applicant shall provide evidence of compliance with the Electronic Compliance Conditions as a scanned document or may electronically fill in the form of the Single European Document ("JED"), which may replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation (Section 39 (1) of the Public Procurement Act The procurement).

(ii) proof that the applicant is the subject of a deviation of a market participant within the meaning of Act No. 251/2012 Coll. on Energy and on Amendments to Certain Laws as amended; the applicant shall submit a valid decision on the assignment of the EIC code (iii) proof that the applicant has established a balance group in the relevant distribution network of the Slovak Republic. Successful earwhen signing the contract, he is required to conclude a distribution contract with the distribution distributor for the year 2019 and sign a contract for the imposition of derogations with the derogator for the year 2019, which he has replaced in his tender with the certificates of merit required for the conclusion of the contract in accordance with - 56 ods. 8 to 12 of the Public Procurement Act.

10. Uspešny uas contractor is obliged to submit to the purchaser, as a customer, a certificate of liability for damage caused to the entrepreneurial activity, at a minimum of EUR 1 000 000, for the event of insuring the contract needed to conclude the contract in accordance with - 56 . 8 to 12 of the Public Procurement Act. (8) The successful tenderer is obliged to sign the contractto submit to the Contractor List of subcontractors if they are named according to Annex no. 6 of these SP in conjunction with - 56 par. 8 to 12 laws
