The participant should be licensed to trade in electricity, including for the "Standard Balancing Group Coordinator" activity-Art. 39, para. 1, item 5 and para. 5 At the submission of the tender, the participant declares compliance with the requirement by filling in information on the held / held licenses in Part IV "Selection Criteria", point A "Acquired", item 2 of the EEDOP. by the contracting authority, in the cases under Art. 67, para. 5 and para. 6 of the PPA, the requirement is evidenced by a copy of valid licenses for trading in electricityincluding the "Standard Balancing Group Coordinator" activity - the participant should have achieved a minimum turnover in the scope of the order calculated on the basis of annual turnover. "Turnover within the scope of the contract" an amount equal to the proportion of net sales revenue from activities covered by the public procurement(- 2, item 67 of the LP of the Public Procurement Act). The participant declares compliance with the requirement set out in Part IV: "Selection Criteria", B: "Economic and Financial Condition", Item 2a) of the EEDOP.
