Electricity.

Electricity supply for public non-university educational centers owned by the Ministry of Education, the Community of Castilla y Leon.

Definitive guarantee: 5% of the award amount, Excluding VAT.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 301 of the LCSP, the contractor shall be entitled to the payment of the price of the supplies actually delivered and formally received in accordance with the conditions governing this contract. The partial payments that would have been foreseen will have in any case the consideration of credits to account and will be to what results from the liquidation fIn the event of being goods that require installation, commissioning and maintenance, the cost of these operations is included in the total price of the supply, without the contractor being able to pass on any cost to the Contracting Administration.

The payment of the price will be made entirely in money by transfer to the bank account owned byl contractor, notwithstanding the provisions of article 218 of the TRLCSP and provisions that develop and modify the transfer of collection rights.

15.2. Electronic invoice.

In accordance with the provisions of article 4 of Law 25/2013, of December 27 (BOE of December 28, 2013) and the single article of Decree 16/2015, of February 26 (BOC and L. of February 27, 2015), the contractor is obliged to invoice electronically the considerations subject of this contract through the Electronic Billing Platform. The invoices issued on paper will not be effective against the contracting body.

The General Intervention of the Community Administration of Castilla y Leon is the competent body in matters of public accounting.a.

The winning bidder will issue monthly, at the expiration of each period, an invoice per supply point corresponding to 100% of the consumption produced in the corresponding billing period and will be issued to each teaching center.

The contractor, in accordance with the Additional provision of Decree 3/2013, of January 24, by which the Electronic Billing Platform is createda of the Castilla y Leon Community Administration, will submit monthly invoices electronically through the electronic billing platform to each of the educational centers (facilitating the direct debit of the payment if required).

Payment will be made monthly for each of the public teaching centers receiving the electricity supply, depending on theenergy actually consumed upon presentation of the invoice by the contractor under the conditions set out in the Technical Specifications that complements this statement.
