Supply of net active electrical energy by contractor, coordinator of a standard balancing group for low voltage, with full administration of the information potwith ESO and assuming the costs of imbalances for sites in Svilengrad municipality for 2019. The objects, subject to delivery of net active low voltage electricity and the estimated quantities of consumed energy, are described in the technical specification, an integral part of the present documentation for participation in the procedure.

The objects, subject to delivery of net active low voltage electricity, and the estimated amount of energy consumed are described in the technical specification, integral chThe Participant shall hold a valid license for "Trade in Electricity" pursuant to Article 39, Paragraph 1, Item 5 of the Energy Act (EE), including rights and obligations related to the activity "Balancing Group Coordinator" according to Art. 39, para. 5 of the EA or equivalent

Proof: At the submission of the tender the participant declares conformitywith the requirement to submit the Single European Procurement Document (EEDOP) in Part IV: "Selection Criteria", point A: "Fitness", point 1) of the EEDOP. Prior to the conclusion of the contract on the grounds of Art. 67, para. 6 of the PPA, the contracting authority requires up-to-date documents proving compliance with the selection criterion, except when the relevant documents are accessiblethrough a public free registry - There are no requirements for the economic and financial status of the participants in the present public procurement procedure - for the participants in the procedure, there should be no grounds for removal under Art. 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2, item 3, item 4, item 5, item 6 and item 7 of the Public Procurement Act. Can not participate in the award procedure of this tenderwhich are companies registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime and related persons, including through a civil partnership / consortium in which a company registered in a jurisdiction with preferential tax regime participates, unless the exception under Art. Article 4 of the Directive. Related parties within the meaning of paragraph 2 (45) of the PPA of the PPA may not be independent-candidates or participants in the same procedure. The lack of the above-mentioned circumstances is stated in Part III, point D, of the Single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP).
