Supply of net active electrical energy for the low voltage level for the administrative building of TP of NSSI - Gabrovo in the town of Gabrovo and an office in Sevlievo, possible change of the supplier of net electricity, the contracting entity's tasks in a standard balancing group with a contractor coordinator; assuming responsibility for balancing by the contractor; provision of a forecasting service for consumption; preparation and submission of hourly daily schedules by the balancing group coordinator; assuming responsibility for balancing and bearing the cost of imbalances for the duration of the contract; Make a full ad(ESR) in the territory where the measuring points are located and the Electricity System Operator (ESO) and all activities related to the contracting authority's participation in the liberalized electricity market; providing access and transmission over the network to the sites-TP forecast of the NSSI - Gabrovo in the city of Gabrovo, 17, Nikolaevska str., Floor 3 and floor 4. The estimated consumption of the client for a total of 1 year is an average of 98 335 kWh, the same being calculated on the basis of of the annual electricity consumption of the low voltage for the period from 1.8.2017 to 31.7.2018. When the nominated contractor is unperformedbut before the conclusion of the contract, a consortium of natural persons and / or legal entities shall submit to the assignor a certified copy of a certificate for tax registration and registration under BULSTAT or equivalent documents according to the legislation of the state in which the grouping is established. The assignor shall remove from the procedure the candidate or participant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. The Contracting Authority shall remove from the procedure the candidate or participant for whom the grounds under Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act - has been declared insolvent or is in bankruptcy proceedings or is in liquidation or has concluded an out-of-court agreement with its creditors in the sense of Art. 740 of the Commerce Act, or has ceased its activity, and in the event that Candidatedate or participant is a non-resident - is in a similar situation arising from a similar procedure under the law of the State in which it is established.
