The instructor must demonstrate that all the conditions of his / her personal status are metin - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement and on the amendment of some laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act"). The facilitator shall prove by the documents according to - 32, paragraph 2, that he fulfills the conditions for the participation in personal status pursuant to - 32 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, j. that: a) the economic entity was not, nor its statutory body, nor a member of the statutory bodynor a member of the Supervisory Body nor a Prosecutor is convicted of a criminal offense of corruption, a criminal act of damaging the financial interests of the European Communities, a criminal offense of the legalization of the proceeds of crime, the offense of founding, groups, terrorist offenses and othersthe criminal act of trafficking in human beings, a criminal offense of which the act of commerce or the criminal act of machining in the public procurement and the public auction of the criminal record not more than 3 months; b) the economic entity has no arrears of insurance premiums; health insurance, social insurance and contributions to old-age retirement savings in Slovak republicb) in the status of the company, the place of business or usual residence, - the confirmation of the Social Insurance Company and the Health Insurance Company no more than 3 months, c) the economic entity has no tax arrears in the Slovak Republic or in the status of the place of business or place of usual residence, of the Tax Office no more than 3 months,

Comunikačn- port-l v zmysle - 20 ods. 2 ZVO is the portal www.ezakazky.sk for the purposes of this order. I will provide every interested person with the information on the communicationktronickom portali www.ezakazky.sk without limitation. In order to request and provide the tender documents:

a) the economic entity enters the internet advertiser's address www.ezakazky.sk, b) clicks on the names of the bids, c) clicks on the Application for participation / the tender documents, d) into the system in the following way:

d1) if the economic entity already has an account entered in the system(in the case of forgotten login data, the option of sending the login data electronically to the electronic address:

d2) if the economic entity has not established an account in the system, clicks on the Registries and proceeds according to the instructions given for registration in the system directly to www.ezakazky.sk. To the lover I will be spriritedand any other documents related to the tender documents specified by the contracting authority for the preparation of the offer in the electronic system at the electronic address www.ezakazky.sk In case of need of explanation of the conditions for participation in the public procurement, within the time limit predemption of tenders, according to the law, any interested party may, within the statutory time limit, request a law on public procurement to explain them directly in the award.
