CPV Description: Electricity Supply for the Military Research Institute The subject of the public procurement is: physical supply of electric energy to the contracting authority's hub (further only supplier) with the takeover of electricity to take electricity from the power grid,

Outsourcing of the electric energy of the contracting authority from the voltage level NN and NN in the total number 3 and in the total amount of the supply about 567 MWh / year, for-supply period 1.1.2019 31.12.2022 ca. 2267 MWh:

a) Voltage level NN - sampling point in number 2 and in total quantity 1287 MWh (ie approx. 322 MWh / year),

b) Voltage level HV - number 1 and a total of 980 MWh (ie about 245 MWh / year)

Professional competence is proven by the supplier in theArticle 77 (1) of the Act, by submitting a commercial listing or other similarly to a register, if another legal regulation requires such registration. The documents specified in the previous sentence are submitted in a simple copy and may be replaced by a copy of the list of qualified suppliers pursuant to Section 228 of the Act. Documents proving professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (1)to fulfill eligibility no later than 3 months prior to the commencement of the opening procedure pursuant to Section 86 (5) of the Act.
