The subject of the public procurement is:

The procurement of the electric energy sites of the contracting entities from the NN voltage level in the total number 88 and in the total quantity of the supply approx. 1709 MWh / year, for the period of deliveries 1.1 .2019 - 31.12.2022 approx. 6, 836 MWh:

- Voltage level NN - Offtake of 89 places in total 6 836 MWh (ie about 1709 MWh / year)

Professional competence is demonstrated by the supplier in the scope of - 77 (1) of the ZZVZ by submitting a commercial listing or the like, unless otherwise required by law. The documents specified in the previous sentence are submitted in a simple copy, atmay be replaced by an extract from the list of qualified suppliers pursuant to - 228 of the Insurance Act.

Documents proving professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (1) of the ZZVZ must prove eligibility no later than 3 months prior to the commencement of the opening procedure pursuant to Section 86 (5) of the ZZVZ.
