Transmission and supply of electricity, and associated services for sites with a power of more than 36 kilovoltamperes.

Main Site : Address of the members of the consortium for the transmission and supply of electricity, and associated servicesies (Vienna 86).

Routing and supply of electricity for delivery points on networks operated by SRD and associated services.

- Letter of application duly completed, dated and signed by a person authorized to commit the candidate (in case grouping, the letter of application will specify the identity of the members of the grouping, its legal form, the identity of thethe authorization given to the authorized representative by his co-contractors to represent them at the stage of the signing of the framework agreement and the subsequent marches),

- (Candidates may use the DC 1 form which they will be available on the website of the Ministry of Economy at the following address: https://www.economie.gouv.fr/daj/formulaires-declaration-du-candidatt the signatory. Declaration of the candidate, duly completed, dated and signed according to the situation of the candidate; (Candidates will be able to make use of the DC 2 form which they will be able to obtain on the site of the ministry of the economy at the following address: http://www.economie.gouv.fr/daj/formulaires-declaration-candidat ), - copy of the judgment (s) pronounced if the candidate is in receivership judiciaire; in the event of grouping of candidates, this information must be supplied by each member of the grouping,

- attestation on honor, duly dated and signed by the candidate, to justify that it does not enter any of the cases of prohibition of bidding under article 45 of the ordinance of 23.7.2015 and that it is in compliance with articles L 5212-1 to 5212-11 of the labor code cothe employment of disabled workers and the powers of the person authorized to sign. (In the event of a grouping of candidates, this declaration must be made by each member of the grouping (if this declaration is not already foreseen in the framework of DC 1, above),

- certificate on honor, duly dated and signed, by the candidate certifying that he has not been the object, s less than 5 years, a conviction entered in the bulletin n 2 of the criminal record for the offenses mentioned in Article L. 1146-1 of the Labor Code and that it has, on December 31 of the year preceding the one preceding during which the launch of the consultation takes place, implemented the obligation to negotiate provided for in Article L. 2242-17 et seq. of the Labor Code or, failing that, carried outthe regularization of this situation on the date of submission (if this declaration is not already provided for in CD 1, above),

- in all cases, per undertaking (constituting the grouping, in the case or): - A certificate of provision of social declarations and payment of contributions and social security contributions provided for in Article L. 243-15 of the code of secusocial rite emanating from the social protection body charged with the recovery of contributions and contributions dated less than 6 months of which it ensures the authenticity from the social security contributions collection agency (Article D.8222 -5 1 of the Labor Code),

- the certificates and certificates issued by the competent administrations and bodies proving thate tax and social obligations have been met or the annual status of the certificates received (form Noti2). Validating the situation of the company or of each company of the grouping on 31.12.2017,

- an extract of the registration with RCS (k or K-Bis), issued by the services of the registry of the commercial court and dating from less than one month.

- Balance sheet and income statement of the last 3 yearseach of the members of the grouping in case, in each case, per company (constituting the group, in case), the following financial criteria (from the balance sheet) must also be justified for the last financial year and approves in General Assembly:

1) Debt ratio = Medium Term Financial Debt / Equity less than 1.3

2) Net Result s0 declaration concerning the overall turnover and the turnover concerning the supplies and services subject to the contract, realized during the last 3 financial years available,

- Declaration of insurance for professional risks.
