Selection of Active Net Electricity Provider and Balancing Group Coordinator for Low

Execution of the subject of the order includes:

Execution of the subject of the contract includes:

1. preparation of all necessary documents for removal and registration of the site of the contracting authority on the free market-of electricity; sale of the agreed and measured actual consumption of net active electrical energy at low voltage at the bid price at the place of delivery according to the TPU, the Electricity Measurement Rules (PIPEE) and the technical specification of the contracting authority; ensuring continuity of electricity supply and supplying electricityasian energy in quality and in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Act, PTFE and PIPE; carry out all necessary action under the current ATEX to ensure the implementation of this contract and the documentation contained in the contract .. The participant shall hold a license issued by the CESR for "trade in electricity" pursuant to Article 39, paragraph 1, item 5-of the Energy Act (EE), including rights and obligations related to the activity of the "Balancing Group Coordinator", according to Article 39, paragraph 5 of the Energy Act.- In order to prove the requirement, the participant provides in the Annexes to the Publications Documentation order Form 1 EEDOP (Part IV, point A, item 2) information If the evidence for that information is contained in a public registerst or are available, a reference to the public register should be mentioned in EEDOP.

If the participant participates as an association / consortium which is not a legal entity, the minimum requirement for possession of a license issued by the CESR under Art. 39, para. 1, item 1 and / or item 5 of the Energy Act (EA) refers to each member of the consortium / consortium who will carry out the supply activities-of Electricity and "Balancing Group Coordinator"

1.2 The Participant should have a registration in the Register of Coordinators of Standard Balancing Groups of Electricity System Operator EAD

In order to prove the requirement the participant shall provide in the Annexes to the documentation for public procurement template No 1 EEDOP (Part IV, point A, item 2) information. If ethe evidence for that information is contained in a public register or is accessible, a reference to the public register should be provided in EEDOP.

If the participant participates as an association / consortium which is not a legal entity, the minimum requirement for registration in the Register of Coordinators of the standard balancing groups of ESO EAD, refers to that member of the grouping that will joinperforms the electricity supply activities and the "balancing group coordinator".

The Contracting Authority has no requirements regarding the economic and financial status of the participants ..

The Contracting Authority will remove from participation a participant for whom there are, apart from the grounds under Article 54, paragraph 1 of the PPA and those under Article 55, paragraph 1, items 1, 3, 4 and 5 of the PPA, as well as other grounds provided inthe
