The subject of the contract is the electricity supplier, including the coordination and security of distribution services and the assumption of responsibility for the 24- on the basis of the conditions laid down in the Notice of award of public procurementia and on-the-shelf bases.

Main Site: Takes off the sites set up in administrative and warehouse buildings, respectively. in a public lighting object to an organization acceding to the public procurement. The contractor is the electricity contractor including the coordination and security of distribution services and the assumption of liability for a 24-month variance for organizations acceding to the VO inthe following tariff passports and estimated quantities:

1. It takes places in administrative and overpass buildings

The high tariff is estimated at 375, 355 MWh

2. It will take up the amount of 303, 470 MWh

3 in the administration of low-cost buildings. It is assumed that 451, 536 MWh

4 will be allocated to the sites in the administrative and overpass buildings

The high tariff is assumed to be 118, 276 MWh

5. Public Lighting

The low tariff assumed a quantity of 332, 584 MWh

6. Public Lighting

The Jedi-Tarif foresees an amount of 232, 326 MWh

The Applicant must meet the conditions for the participation in the personal status according to - 32 par. 1 of the Act and prove their fulfillment by the documents pursuant to - 32 paragraph 2, 4 and para. 5 presented in the form of originals or uraThe applicant may prove fulfillment of the conditions for the participation of a person in a list of economic entities pursuant to Article 152 (1) of the Act, according to which the economic entity in the public procurement may prove fulfillment of the terms and conditions of personal status in the public procurement pursuant to - 32 and documents entered in the list of economic entities.-The estimated value of the order is set as the estimated total cost of electricity supplies for public procurement organizations over a period of 24 months expressed in EUR excluding VAT, including the electricity distribution tariff, the transmission of electricity and the transfer of electricity and the distribution of electricity as well as other regulated items (tariff for system services, tariff for(hereinafter referred to as "the system") according to a decision of the URSO for the Regulation of the Network Industries of the Slovak Republic (URSO), including the excise duty and the levy to the National Nuclear Fund for the decommissioning of nuclear facilities and for the management of spent nuclear fuel and radioactive waste. Communication portal within the meaning of - 20 par. 2 ZVO is the portal www.ezakazky.sk for the needs of this offer.

a) the economic entity enters the internet advertiser's address www.ezakazky.sk, b) clicks on the names of the bids, c) clicks on the Application for participation / the tender documents, d) into the system in the following way:

d1) if you already have a pub(in the case of forgotten login data, the option of sending the login data electronically to the electronic address,

d2) if the business entity has not established an account in the system, clicks the Registries and proceeds according to the instructions given for registration in the system directly to the Internetwww.ezakazky.sk. To the interested party, I will be pleased to provide the tender documents and all other documents related to the tender documents, which are intended for the public procurement of the offer in the electronic system at the electronic address www.ezakazky.sk

In case of need of explanation of the conditions for participation in public procurement, tender documents or other accompanying documentation or other documentsof the contracts awarded by the contracting authority within the time limit for submitting tenders, according to the law, any of the tenderers may, within the statutory time limit, request a law on public procurement to explain them directly in the award of the contract. The request for explanation must be delivered within a reasonable period specified by the law through the electronic communication portal www.ezakazky.sk. It is not enough for the application bdelivered to the contact person of the contracting authority. The above procedure also applies if the economic operator obtains the tender documents from the Profile of the contracting authority or in some other way. - In compliance with the principle of equal treatment of interested parties and the principle of transparency, the contracting authority has identified the aforementioned communication, in other communicationthe contracting authority shall not take into account the fact that the contracting authority in the contract documents did not express any individual communications in particular cases. In accordance with Section 39 of the Act, the economic operator may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of the part determined by the contracting authority by submitting a single European document (JED). The provider shall deliver the documents proving the fulfillmentie the conditions for partial replacement of the JED to the contracting authority within the time limit specified in -39, 6 Zakona

4. Clearing of the part of the tenders marked as Criteria shall be performed by the Commission only in relation to tenders which have not been excluded, at the place and time indicated by the tenderer whose offers were not excluded. As a result of the public tender, the Ramc agreement will be concluded with a successful bidder for a period of 24 monthsv.

6th The performance of the contract is subject to special conditions - Act No. 251/2012 Z.z. on Energy and Act No. 250/2012 Z.z. on regulation in network industries.

7. In particular, public procurement is not a green matter, its subject is not innovation, nor does it cover social aspects.
