CPV Description: Electricity - Selection of electricity supplier and coordinator of a standard balancing group for sites of the Technical University of Varna, connected to medium and low voltage The present contract is for the supply and balancing of certain quantities of net active electrical energy for sites of Technical University - Varna, joined at secondary and low voltage level.-The subject of the order also includes the administration of the amounts for statutory charges, network services and excise duties. The deadline for the execution of the public procurement contract is 24 (twenty four) months from the date of registration of the first registered timetable.

Term of execution - 24 (twenty four) months from the date of registration of the first• The participant must be licensed for "Electricity trading", including the activity "Balancing Group Coordinator" according to Art. 39 of the Energy Act. In case the participant is a grouping, this requirement applies to the participant (s) in the group that will carry out the activity.

Participation in the procedure is excluded and a participant who does notmeets the requirement of having a special permit in order to be able to deliver the electricity and the duties of a balancing group coordinator.

The Contracting Authority does not set minimum economic and financial requirements for the participants.
