The quantity purchased for the framework agreement and the largest subsequent contract is in accordance with Annex C of the tender documentation due to limited characters.

The bidders, third parties, the proposed subcontractors will fill in the corresponding requirement in the formDUAE LAR in the award documentation. According to art. 205 par. (1) of the Law no. 99/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the contracting entity may require tenderers to submit supporting documents as evidence of the information contained in the DUAE at any time during the course of the award procedure if this is necessary to ensure proper deploymenthas the procedure. (A) Economic operators whosubmit a tender must prove a form of registration in accordance with the law of the country of residence, that the economic operator is legally constituted, that he is not in any of the situations of cancellation of the establishment and that he has the professional capacity to carry out the activities are covered by the framework agreement.
