Procurement of Electrical Installation Certificates, Power for Supply Obligation, Own Consumption, and Replacement of Network Loss in the Transmission Grid

Haugaland Kraft Nett AS (HKN) wants to enter into a framework agreement with a service provider, including the purchase of power for supply obligation, own consumption and replacement of network loss in the transmission grid, as well as electrical installation certificates. Service providers must also act as a balance officer for HKN.

Haugaland Kraft Nett AS (HKN) wants to enter into a framework agreement with a service provider, including the purchase of power for supply obligation, own consumption and replacement of network loss in the transmission grid, as well as electrical installation certificates. Service providers must also act as a balance officer for HKN.

Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

Documentation requirement:

Annual financial statements for the last 3 fiscal years, and credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.
