4.1.1 Registering

For the purposes of determining the ability under this DON, the answers are entered in the sections of the ESPD form for which information is requested in Part IV. Ability to pursue a professional activity.verification of the information provided in the ESPD ability to perform the professional activity of the economic operator referred to in point 4.1.1. is proven by: - - an extract from a court, trade, professional or other appropriate register kept in the Member State of establishment.

4.1.2. Authorization or Membership

9.1. Tenderer`s Guarantee of Tenderer

The Tenderer is obliged to submit a Tenderer`s Tender Guarantee in the amount of:
