The first stage of this order is preparation of a detailed construction project on a supporting wall to strengthen the damaged section of the dyke along the eastern border of the property and second stage - exercising authorship supervision during the constructionfor each project part.

Main Site: Preparing the work project is done at the workplace of the designers. The first stage of the present contract is the preparation of a detailed design for the construction of a retaining wall for consolidation of the damaged part of the dyke along the eastern border of the property and the second stage of exercising an author's supervision(1) The work project shall include at least the following parts: - "Geology", "- Geodesy", "-" Construction and Construction ", " - "Safety and Health Plan",

- "Fire Safety",

- "Waste Management Plan"

2) Each project section shall contain:

an explanatory note explaining the proposed design solutions

calculations justifying the design-- detailed drawings and details on which the different types of construction works will be executed, - a detailed quantitative account, - specification of the construction products intended for insertion with technical requirements for them, for each construction product the designer shall indicate actual GVA, BDS EN or BTO

3) The individual project parts must be prepared, signed and stamped by designers with a complete projectlegal capacity. All documents - graphic and textual, on all parts of the project are signed and stamped by the designer of the respective part and agreed with the signature of the designers of the other parts

4) Authorized supervision will be exercised for each design part during the execution of the respective parts The contractor shall have a valid insurance policy within the meaning of Art. 171 o• The exchange of information can be done by postal and / or courier service, by fax, by electronic means under the terms and procedure of the Law on the electronic document and electronic signature or by a combination of these means
