Activities within the framework of the public procurement (objects / activities):

Main Site: DDP - Veselets TIS, located at Sofia 1202, ul. Kozloduy # 16; Yunak TIS, located at 1164 Sofia, Dragan Tsankov Blvd. "Slatina" TIS, located at 1574 Sofia, Vladovo Str22

The subject of the contract includes the following activities:

1. Activity 1 "Preparation of a work design for 3 existing rectification stations".

2. Activity 2 "Author`s supervision for reconstruction and modernization of 3 existing rectification stations".

3. Activity 3 "Supply and installation of electrical and electronic equipment for 3 rectification stations".

4. Activity 4 "Construction and installationWe are working for the reconstruction and modernization of 3 rectification stations. "

The participant must be entered in the Central Professional Register of the Chamber of Builders for the third group and the third category for construction and for foreign persons - in similar registers according to the legislation of the Member State, in When submitting a tender, the tenderer shall declare in Part IV, Section A ofthe Single European Procurement Document (EDES) information on the circumstances according to the national databases containing the declared circumstances or the competent authorities which are required by the law of the country in which the participant is established to provide the information.

The participant should has realized the minimum total turnover calculated from the sum of the annualthe total turnover for the last 3 financial years, depending on the date on which the participant was created or started its activity, in the amount of BGN 12 161 413.50 (twelve million one hundred sixty-one thousand four hundred and thirteen lev and fifty cents) without VAT included. Each participant must have a valid Professional Liability Insurance as a construction contractorUnits for Category III construction pursuant to the Ordinance on the Terms and Conditions for Compulsory Insurance in Design and Construction (SG, issue 17/2004), in connection with Art. The total estimated value of the contract is BGN 16 374 663, 50 (sixteen million three hundred seventy-four thousand six hundred sixty-three levs and fifty cents) excluding VAT.

According to Art. 21, para. 1 of the Law on commNatural Procurement The estimated value of the contract is determined by the contracting authority and includes all payments excluding value added tax (VAT), including the envisaged options and contract renewals, explicitly stated in the terms of the procurement. Therefore, under the Public Procurement Law, the maximum estimated value of the contract is up to 16 374 663, 50BGN (sixteen million three hundred seventy-four thousand six hundred sixty-three levs and fifty cents) Option: additional construction activities and deliveries of facilities for reconstruction and modernization of 1 rig21 in the amount of BGN 4 213 250, 00 VAT excl.

The contracting authority will also pay up to 10% of the unforeseen costs included in the contract value and indicated in the contractor`s price quotation, upon fulfillment of the order after their proven need, provided supporting documents for their implementation and recognized by the MA of OPE 2014-2020. The indicated estimated value is the maximum permissible valuenight. A tenderer who has submitted a tender that exceeds the maximum allowable value of the contract will be removed. A participant may not exceed the estimated value for the reconstruction and modernization of 3 rectification stations in the amount of BGN 12 161 413.50, as well as the estimated value of the option: additional construction activities and supplies of facilities for reconstruction and modernization of1 rectification station in the amount of BGN 4 213 250, 00 excl. VAT.
