Replacement of risk components TV, Phase I

The object of the contract is to carry out construction work to replace the key components of the traction line. The replacement of the components of the traction line will also include the replacement of damaged and inadequate carrier ropes and anchor sets, fixed point adjustments, ropes, Bz, Fe Cu, directional cables Bz, Fe, Cu, ropes AlFe amplification and bypass lines, trolley wires, hangers, clamps, anchoring lips, machine ropes, side holders, suspension clamps, fixed points of the carrying rope and trolley wire. Main Site: Electrified lines in the ŽSR network (procurer) within the whole territory of the Slovak Republic, specified in individual written ordersThe subject of the contract entitled "Replacement of Risk TV Components, Phase I" is the execution of construction works to replace key components of traction lines. The replacement of the components of the traction line will also replace damaged and unsatisfactory load-carrying ropes and anchor adjusters, fixed point adjusters, additional ropes Bz, Fe Cu, directional ropes Bz, Fe, Cu, ropes of AlFe amplifier and bypass line, trolley wires, hangers, clamps, anchor lips, machine ropes, side holders, suspension clamps, rigid rope support points and contact wire. Upon completion of the work, it will be necessary to implement high-rise and directional traction lines and mechanical traction lines. The aim is to reduce the number of failures in traction lines, to ensure qualitythe traction line's positive parameters in terms of the current design elements of the traction line, reducing the risk of insulting the contractor's employees, carriers, business partners, persons performing activities close to railway infrastructure equipment and the traveling public.

Detailed description of the subject matter is given in the supporting documents. 1.1the terms of participation stated in - 32 para. 1 zakona č. 343/2015 Coll. on a public contract and on the amendment of certain provisions as amended (hereinafter referred to as "public procurement" or "public procurement"). Their fulfillment according to - 32 par. 2, para. 4, para. 5, - 152 para. 1 (registered in the list of economic operators) or - 152 para. 3 public procurement law. If the applicant does not submit doklady pursuant to - 32 par. 2 pism. a) the Act on Public Procurement, is obliged for the purposes of proving compliance with the conditions of participation pursuant to - 32 para. 1 pism. a) a prohibition on public procurement to provide the contracting authority with the data necessary to request a statement from the criminal record pursuant to - 10 par. 4 zakona č. 330/2007 Coll. on Criminal Records and on amendments to certain acts as amended.

1.2 Zapis in the list of economic operators is effective against any contracting authority and the data contained therein is not necessary to verify in the procurement procedures. When assessing the fulfillment of the conditions relating to personal status, the contracting authority shall verify the registration of the economic operator in the list of economic operators if the applicant has not submitted the documents pursuant to Article 32 (1). 2, 4 and 5 public obstaravani or other equivalent registration or registration certificate pursuant to - 152 para. 3 of the Act on Public Procurement and did not provide the Provider with the data necessary to request a statement from the Criminal Register pursuant to Section 10 Para. 4 zakona č. 330/2007 Coll. on the Criminal Register and on the amendment of certain provisions as amended by later regulations..4.2016 (Act No. 25/2006 Coll.) Is entered in the list of economic entities in the scope of recorded facts.

1.4 The Applicant may provisionally replace documents intended for the Providers to prove compliance with the conditions of participation by a single European document pursuant to - 39 of the Public Procurement Act. A group of suppliers demonstrates compliance with the conditions for participation in a public procurement process relating to a personthe position of each member of the group of suppliers separately. A member of a group of contractors shall only be entitled to carry out the object of the order in relation to that part of the object of the contract to be provided. Procurer's Requirements for Subject of Contract: Applicant shall submit the following documents proving fulfillment of the contracting entity's request for the subject of the contract according to Chapter B.1 Description of subjectin the case of supporting documents:

- entitlement to perform specified activities pursuant to - 17 par. 1 pism. a) zakona č. 513/2009 Z.z .; and Decree of MTPT SR no. 205/2010 Z.z .; to carry out the specified activities: installation, repair, reconstruction and service for UTZ elektricke. Scope of entitlement: E1: Electrical substations for railway installations and railway stations without voltage limitation; E2: Rail and elektricke distribution lines up to 1000 V AC and 1 500 V DC including; E3: Traction and switching stations; E4: Traction of railway tracks; or equivalent document issued under the law of the country of the applicant,

- the applicant seeks to conclude a contract before the signing of the framework agreement, which will be the result of the public contest, the subject of which will be the collection of waste with the ownertunneling in the dry with ust. zakona č. 79/2015 Z.z .; for the disposal of all types of waste that arise during the execution of the object of the contract and which the contractor is the procurer; and before the commencement of the realization of the subject matter of the contract, ensure the employmentto carry out OSH training and to provide for employees performing activities at the procurer's workplaces to undergo a preventive medical examination

2. In sulade with ust. - 66 para. 7 of the FVO, the contracting authority shall evaluate the fulfillment of the conditions of participation pursuant to Section 40 of the FVO and evaluate the offer in terms of meeting the requirements for the subject of the contract pursuant to Section 53oVO after evaluating the bids on the basis of the criteria for evaluation of bids, for the applicant, who after the evaluation of bids based on the criteria for evaluation of bids ranked first. In sulade with ust. Section 20 of the FVO will communicate and exchange information in public competition in a written form reserved by electronic means, in a manner determined by the functionality inelectronic public procurement system IS EVO ver. 18.0 (hereinafter referred to as IS EVO) (https://www.uvo.gov.sk/portal-systemu-evo-5f5.html), which meets all the requirements laid down in the provisions of - 20 ZoVO. The moment of delivery of information sent via the IS EVO functionality is identical to the moment of sending this information to the electronic account of the addressee created in IS EVO, i. momentom, when the addressees could objectively get acquainted with the content of the information delivered. More detailed information about communication and exchange of information in written form is reserved by electronic means in the supporting documents. SPs are available directly and completely without restrictions or fees in the provider's profile on the Uradu website for public procurement (http://www.uvo.gov.sk/Search-orders / detail / 419701). The contracting authority will not provide the interested SP in paper form. All costs and expenses incurred by an applicant or tenderer in connection with his / her participation in the claim shall be borne by the claimant or claimant in its entirety, without any monetary and / or non-monetary claims against the procurer, regardless of the outcome of the claim. The procurer is entitledin exceptional cases, to supplement the information necessary for the elaboration of the offer and to demonstrate the fulfillment of the conditions of participation, while such addition provably notifies (by means of the relevant functionality of IS EVO and publication in the profile of the contracting authority on the Uradu website for public procurement) at the same time all known interested parties no later than six (6) days before expiry of the submission deadlineUK. -7. Other terms and conditions of the contracting authority are listed in SP. The public procurement in question is not the green public procurement, nor the procurement of innovation, nor the procurement focusing on social aspects.
