Security for the fulfillment of the contract amounts to 5.0%. H. the value of the contract (including VAT, excluding overnight commissions), provided that the contract value is at least EUR 250 000 excluding VAT.

The security to be paid for claims for defects amounts to 3.0% of the value of the contract. H.the billing amount (including value added tax), including issued night bills. Return date for an unused security for claims of defects (- 17 Abs. 8 Nr. 2 VOB / B): 4 years

Contractual penalties (- 11 VOB / B)

The contractor has to exceed the mentioned individual deadlines or the deadline for completion as Paid contractual penalty: 0.1% H. of the orderthe amount of the contract, excluding sales tax; Amounts for maintenance services offered remain unaffected. The benchmark used to calculate the contractual penalty for exceeding individual periods agreed as the contractual term is the part of this contract amount corresponding to the services to be provided by then.
