Social work services. The framework agreements comprise the following 3 categories located in Allerod Municipality, cf. the requirements specification:

- CategoryRow 1,

- Category 2,

- Category 3.

Tenderers may choose to bid for one, both or all categories, and offers in the categories are evaluated separately. Within each category, an agreement can be entered into with one or more suppliers, see Appendix A2.Inviting publishers have the necessary financial robustness to perform the tasks offered.

Tenderer must disclose, in tender form A4, (i) the tenderer`s turnover and (ii) equity in the last 3 completed financial statements, (iii) the expected occupancy rate for the coming year, and (iv) the expected number of customers in addition to the municipalities.

It is important for the municipalities to ensure that theyTenderers who tender have the necessary technical robustness to carry out the tenders tendered.

Tenderers must therefore submit, as part of the tender (Tender Form A4), the following: for the last 3 years. The references should include: Time of delivery, description of the delivered, name og Contact details on recipient

It is in this context that the local authority assesses whether the given references will be sufficient to demonstrate that the tenderer has the necessary technical form.

The framework agreements are not exclusive, t The municipalities reserve the right to visit outside the framework agreements, including if the individual student`s profile, abilities and wishes do not fit into the available offers under the framework agreements offered. Therefore, a supplier is not guaranteed a turnover under the framework agreement, just as the municipalities cannot predict with certainty how the distribution of children will be within the geographies of the framework agreements.fishing area.

For the sake of goodness, it should be noted that the value stated in the contract notice is only an estimated value based on the municipalities` historical space requirements and the highest, stated price range for each category. The stated value of the framework agreement is thereby an expression of the best discretion of the municipalities, but does not reflect the obligation of the municipalities to purchase services corresponding to theutmost value. The amount is calculated over 7 years.

Each framework agreement is entered into for a period of 5 years with the possibility of extension for 2 x 1 year.

The municipalities reserve the right to open negotiations.
