Training accompanying coaching - 16i SGB II

The subject of the measure in accordance with - 16i Abs. 4 SGB II is the holistic care-related support.

The Teilhabechancengesetz should provide employment subject to social insurance contributions for people off the labor market and long-term unemployedconditions (without compulsory insurance for unemployment insurance) according to - 16i SGB II on the general and social labor market. The subsidized employee (participant) should receive holistic care-related support.

The primary goal of comprehensive care-related support is to accompany the participant from the beginning of workn to improve performance, to stabilize the employment relationship and, in the future, to reach the transition to unfunded employment.

Participants are Eligible Beneficiaries (eLB) who fulfill the requirements of - 16i SGB II, thus eLB, the

25 years of age completed for at least 6 years within the last 7 years- have not received any or only short-term social security contributions or minor employment or self-employment and - for the employer`s allowances pursuant to - 16 (1) SGB II, paragraph 1 have not been provided for a period of 5 years.

Furthermore, participants may be among themn who in the last 5 years have received benefits to secure their livelihood under SGB II and

- live in a community of needs with at least one underage child or - are severely disabled within the meaning of - 2 (2) and (3) of the Ninth Social Code Assignment period in the accompanying care is independent of the time of assignment i. d. R. to zat the end of the contract. Participants may be reassigned to the measure as part of potential options of the measure.

The requisitioner informs the contractor of the anticipated required level of care for the first 3 months prior to the participant`s entry into the measure. The concrete temporal distribution lies in the freedom of the Auftragnehmers. Taking account of the individual support needs of the participant and the interests of the employer, this is agreed between the supervisor and the participants.

The measure will provide a total of 330 places.

Bzgl. In the form of a register in the professional or commercial register, information must be provided in Form D.2.1about the awarding marketplace Metropole Ruhr. To participate, it is urgently necessary to have access to the documents there. The free registration for participation is recommended, because then also messages to the contracting authority can be sent and automatically informed about changes or messages of the contracting authority.
