Measure "50 plus Active" for the long-term unemployed in the labor market

Participants in the "50 plus Aktiv" measure Be:

- fit for work needy help (eHB) are usually when entering the measure 50 years old and old new and existing customersand - have at least 2 barriers to placement,

- unemployed,

- jobseekers.

The objectives of the measure are:

- resource-oriented profiling,

- identification and enhancement of specific competences and resources,

- review, identification and strengthening of motivation and self-confidence

- identification and elimination of any barriers to placement;

- placement of employment and worktsmark-relevant knowledge,

- assessment and enhancement of integration opportunities through activation offers, tailored to the individual needs of the participants,

- increase in efficiency,

- promotion of key competences,

- successful in the conversation,

- sovereign appearance in the application process,

- strong, the situation appropriate appearance,

- mediation ina practical training and employment subject to social security contributions.

The assignment period of a participant is at first 6 months. If, if necessary, a further stay in the measure seems to make sense (eg initiation of a job), the assignment can be extended by a further 6 months. This requires a recommendation from the contractor and the conditionsof the responsible integration specialist of the client. In total, a participant can thus remain in the measure for up to 12 months.

The minimum attendance is generally 20 hours per week. A daily presence is required.

A total of 30 places are to be held.

To participate, it is urgently necessary to have access to the documents there.
