Courses

The future military doctors (med mill) and sanitary units of the Swiss army are required to follow the standard course (PHTLS).

Main Site: Moudon and Airolo. military doctors (med millet) as well as the sanitary units of the Swiss army are required to follow the standard course (PHTLS).

The med mill are required to take coursesPHTLS Military Provider, Refresher and Instruktoren.

Unit Sanity is required to participate in the PHTLS Trauma First Response Course.

The purpose of this RFP is to find a suitable and approved bidder for the course. PHTLS who, with his instructors, will provide training and certification to military doctors and unit health workers.

Evidence and justithe fictitious factors listed below must be provided in their entirety with the offer, without restrictions or modifications, otherwise they will not be entered into the offer.

CAp3 a) Compliance with the principles governing the procedure: the tenderer certifies that he and the third parties he solicits (subcontractors and insurers)providers) respect the conditions governing the procedure in accordance with the document (Annex 1.1.1) of the Confederation Procurement Conference (CA);

(b) additional proof of respect for equal pay for women and men. Bidders and their first tier subcontractors, each with more than 50 employees, must demonstrate, beyond the document, they have reviewed their salary practice.

CAp4 Overall Project Responsibility: The Bidder certifies that it bears the overall responsibility for this project, ie. in particular that the tenderer is the only contractual partner of the tendering body. CAp8 Experience / references of the Bidder: The Bidder certifies its experience through at least 3 comparable terms of reference for 3 different principals. These refermust not be older than 3 years (2016-2019).

CAp9 Training / experience of course leader: The tenderer is required to ensure that the course leader holds a university degree in management of the course. (bachelor at least)

CAp10 Place of performance. The tenderer confirms that the proposed PHTLS courses will take place on the Swiss Armed Forcescurrently at Moudon and Airolo)

CAp11 Capacite and performance: the tenderer certifies that he has the necessary capacities, skills and resources to provide the service in accordance with the specifications and within the specified timeframes.
