The course must teach participants Norwegian over 22 weeks, both in the classroom and in work practice. The aim is that as many participants as possible get work after the course.
Main Site : Steinkjer, Verdal, Stj0rdal, R0rvik, Namsos, Grong.
The course is to be held in 3 modules:
Module 1 (8 weeks):
Individual conversations in order to prepare a teaching plan based on the test results.
Theory and Norwegian teaching (see point 2.2.1).
Find a suitable practice.
Preparation for the practice.
Module 2 (6 weeks):
Combined work practice and language training. Course 2 days, practice 3 days. Focus on branch-specific language training, both at the course and in practice.
Practical problems from practice are reviewed in the course.
The participant keeps a daily log. The log functions as a link between the course and practice, and will be worked on in the theory part of the course. Tenderers must attach an example of a log.
Module 3 (8 weeks):
Work practice 5 days a week, with follow-up from the course provider.
The log must continue in this module. It is important that focus is kept on language training.
Tenderers must evaluate the practice initiative. Initiatives that function well ought to be continued in NAV, if the initiative does not lead to employment. This will occur in consultation with a teaching supervisor at the NAV office.
Tenderers must attach an example of an evaluation goal.
Tenderers are required to be a legally established company.
Norwegian tenderers: Ccmpany registration certificate from the Br0nn0ysund Register Centre.
Foreign Tenderers: certificate for registration in the Register of Business Enterprises as prescribed in the legislation of the country in which the tenderer is established.
Tax and VAT:
A tax and VAT certificate is required from the tax authorities, not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The requirement only applies to Norwegian tenderers, and they must substatiate that their tax and VAT payments are in order.
The tenderer's financial and economic capacity.
The company's last annual report including the auditor's report to the relevant public authority in the country where the tenderer is established, for example, the Br0nn0ysund Register Centre in Norway, including recent information of relevance to the company accounts.
The company's last annual accounts with notes.
Other documentation that is relevant for the tenderer's financial position can be attached.
