The subject of the order is to organize and conduct courses preparing for studies in Poland in the academic year 2019/2020, referred to below as the courses.

Main Site: In a place in Poland indicated by the Contractor, whothe order will be awarded.

Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) is Annex No. 1 to the ToR. The other conditions regarding the execution of the order have been specified in the Essential Provisions of the Agreement (IPU), which constitute Annex 2 to the SETC

1. Conditions for participation in the contract (c.d.):

Dot. Part III - Possessing the necessary knowledge and experience as well as technical potential The Ordering Party will recognize the conditionif the Contractor demonstrates the organization and conduct of the course, and in the case of periodic or continuous services, also during the last 3 years before the deadline for submission of bids, and if the period of business is shorter during this period, at least one course consisting of from the language and specialist part for foreigners for minimal10 participants.

Dot. parts IV-V

Possession of the necessary knowledge and experience as well as technical potential The contractor will consider the condition fulfilled if the Contractor shows the organization and conduct of the course, and in the case of periodical or continuous services also the course, during the last 3 years before the deadline for submission of tenders, and if period of operationis shorter during this period, at least one course consisting of a linguistic and specialist part for foreigners for a minimum number of 35 participants. Ordering for the time of ordering persons capable of performing the order The Ordering Party considers the condition fulfilled if the Contractor has at least three lectors with a master's degree in Polish philology or neofilologia, or any humanistic discipline, but in the latter case it is necessary to have completed postgraduate studies in teaching Polish as a foreign language and each of them in the last 5 years before the deadline for submission of tenders carried out at least 300 hours of language lessons as a foreign language. 2. Criteria for offer evaluation:

1) price with weight - part I-III 30%, part IV and V - 35%

2) Contractor's experience of weight - part I-III 30%, part IV and V - 25%

3) substantive preparation of lectors weighing 15%

4) quality of the course program with weight 25%

The way of evaluating offers has been specified in SIWZ

3. The bid bond is not required.

4. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding a contract relying on similar services, i.e. Arranging and carrying outand courses preparing for studies in Poland in the academic year 2019/2020. The scope of the order is not more than 50% of the value of the basic order. The order - after previous negotiations - will be granted to the Contractor with whom the basic contract will be concluded. Additional courses provided under the above the orders must be made in a manner that meets the requirements described by the Ordering Party inDescription of the Subject of the Order (subject to the duration of the course, which will result from the needs of the Employer) and possible additional requirements as a result of negotiations. The provisions contained in the IPU-constituting Annex No. 2 to these SETC, specifying the conditions and manner of payment of remuneration, terms of execution andcontractual. The ordering party may exercise the right to grant the aforementioned orders by 31.6.2020. The Contractor is not entitled to claims for not making use of the possibility of awarding the above-mentioned similar orders.

5. Submission of variants - the Employer does not allow variant offers

6. The offer binding period is 60 days. The period for which tenders are bindingą starts when the deadline for submission of tenders expires

7. The opening of offers will take place at https://oneplace.marketplanet.pl in which the Contractor will be able to participate at the NAWA headquarters, Warsaw, ul. Polna 40, on 15.5.2019 at 12: 20.

8. Contractor before the deadline for the submission of offers - will submit the statements, valid as at the day of submitting bids, including a statement in the scope indicated by Zamain the SIWZ, constituting preliminary confirmation that the Contractor is not subject to exclusion. The Contractor's declaration is submitted in the form of a Uniform European Order Document - for further information on documents, see the ToR.
