The subject of the order is to organize and conduct Summer language courses and Polish culture in 2019 and 2020.

Main Site: In a place in Poland indicated by the Contractor, who will staydivided order.

Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) is Annex No. 1 to the ToR. Other conditions regarding the order's execution have been specified in the Essential Provisions of the Agreement (IPU), which constitute Annex No. 2 to the ToR.

1. Conditions for participation in the procurement (c.d.):

Making the order available to persons capable of executing the order. The ordering party considers the condition to be fulfilled, hedgehogeli The Contractor has at least four lecturers with a master's degree in Polish philology or neophilology or any humanities but in the latter case it is necessary to have completed postgraduate studies in teaching Polish as a foreign language and each of them in the last 5 years before the deadline for submission of offers carried out at least 300 hourslessons for Polish as a foreign language; - The method of assessing the conditions of participation in the proceedings and the documents and statements to be submitted to confirm compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure has been specified in the ToR.

2. Criteria for offer evaluation:

1) price with a weight of 35%

2) Contractor's experience with a weight of 15%

3) substantive preparation of lectors with a weight of 16%

4) quality of the course program with a weight of 34%

The method of bid evaluation has been specified in the ToR.

3. The bid bond is not required.

4. The Awarding Entity provides for the possibility of awarding a contract consisting in the re-establishment of similar services, i.e. Arranging and conducting Summer language courses and Polish culture in 2019 and / or 2020 for foreign students or foreign-language lektorow. Order range not more than 50% of the basic order valueawowego. The order - after previous negotiations - will be awarded to the Contractor with whom the basic contract will be concluded. Additional courses provided within the aforementioned the orders must be executed in a manner that meets the requirements described by the Ordering Party in the Description of the Subject of the Orders and, if necessary, additional requirements resulting from the negotiations. The appropriate application for the manner of implementing these ordersthere are provisions defining the terms and method of payment of remuneration, terms of implementation and contractual penalties. The ordering party may exercise the right to grant the aforementioned orders by 31.8.2020. The Contractor is not entitled to claims for not using the possibility of awarding the above-mentioned similar orders.

5. Submission of variant offers - Employer does not allowtender for variant offers

6. The offer binding period is 60 days. The period of being bound by the offer starts as soon as the deadline for submission of tenders expires.
