Purchase of services for the music school activity

The service includes:

Main Site: Municipality of Petite-Ile.

The service includes:

1) The definition of the project of establishment of the school in particular with regard to the objectives of municipal cultural policy and the educational project of the school as specified in Annex 1 of the WFD. This document must be remis by the holder in the time indicated to the BPU which starts the day after the notification of the market;

2) the musical teaching in the communal premises:

- 10 weekly hours minimum of direction, administration and educational coordination. With presence on site privileging the exchanges with the parents, the educational team and the cultural service. This presence should be the subject ofthe holder of the market, of a state of the real hours on site,

- hours of initiations and musical formations,

- instrumental instruction individual and collective,

- the establishment and the coordination of practices of whole (thematic workshops, orchestra ...)

- the letter of application with identification of the candidate (form Dc1, DUME or equequivalent), - the documents relating to the powers and indicating the name and the quality of the person authorized to commit the individual candidate or each member of the grouping candidate as well as the rehabilitation of the agent by his co-contractors in case of grouping,

- si the candidate is in receivership, the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced for this purpose,

- a declaration on the honor (of the caindividual ndidat or each member of the grouping), to justify not entering into any of the bidding prohibited under Articles 45 and 48 of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 on public contracts. the overall turnover and the turnover of the services covered by the contract, realized during the last 3 financial years available(a) methods of payment: the sums due under this contract shall be paid within an overall payment period of 30 days from receipt of the invoice or equivalent payment requests;

(b) Financing arrangements: this market will be financed by the municipality from its main budget;

c) Legal form to be given by the group of economic operators attribMarket Participant: Bidders may submit bids either as individual candidates or as members of one or more groups. They can not therefore cumulate the 2 qualities. The group may be joint or several. In the case of a joint group, the representative will be solidary with the members of the group;

d) Subcontracting plan

The contract subject of thethis consultation is subject to the obligation to submit a subcontracting plan referred to in paragraph 3 of article 73 of the law of 28.2.2017;

E) Selection of applications: pursuant to article 55.II.1 of the decree 2016-360 of 25.3. 2016, the verification and study of the application will only be carried out for the candidate who should be awarded the contract. If the candidate's filere is incomplete, the contracting authority reserves the right to have the application completed. The contracting authority selects candidates who are qualified to practice the professional activity, with the economic and financial capacity as well as the technical and professional capacities necessary for the execution of the contract. Applications which are incomplete or considered unfit to practice'professional activity or lacking the economic and financial capacity or the technical and professional capabilities necessary for the performance of the contract will be eliminated and Article 55 IV of Decree 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 will apply;
