The training and advisory service for the classrooms of the Popular University of Aviles of the Municipal Culture Foundation of the City of Aviles, subject to social adjudication criteria.

The training service and advice for the development of training workshops that are scheduled.

The training and advisory servicefor the development of training workshops that are scheduled within each training area that make up the training offer to be carried out by the classrooms of the Popular University of Aviles, as well as the complementary activities necessary for its execution, subject to social adjudication criteria .

Minimum solvency requirements and supporting documentation: in accordance with theprovided in clause 7 of the Technical Specifications and in accordance with articles 86, 87 and 90 of the LCSP, the tenderers will accredit their economic and financial and technical or professional solvency through the following means:

Declaration on the global volume of business and, where appropriate, on the turnover in the scope of activities corresponding to the object of the contract, referred to the best exercise within the last 3 years available depending on the date of creation or start of the activities of the institution, to the extent that the references of said volume of business are available (article 87.1.a) LCSP The annual global volume for the last 3 years will not be less than EUR 100 000.00, referred to training and advisory services inthe scope of education policies.

This tender, as well as its specifications, are subject to special appeal in terms of recruitment, in accordance with the provisions of Article 44.1.a) of the Law on Public Sector Contracts.
