Priority II of the Comprehensive support program for families "For Life" - early support of the development of the child and his family. Task financed from the middle of the ladies' budgetcountries. The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of individual pedagogical therapy for children as part of a comprehensive support program for families "For Life." Pedagogical therapy services will be provided in the form of individual classes with children from the moment of their birth to the time they take up school education. the hour of service provision is assumed to be a full clock hour(60 min).

Main Site: Katowice City Area. - Priority of the II Comprehensive Support Program for Families "Behind Life" - early support for the development of the child and his family Task financed from the state budget funds The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of individual typhlo-pediatric therapy for children as part of a comprehensive support program for families "For Life". Services-Tyflopedagogic therapies will be provided in the form of individual classes with children from the moment of birth until they take up school education. A full clock hour is accepted for one hour of service (60 minutes). Estimated number of hours has been specified for this part in the range: min. 200h max 250 h.

The scope of the duties of a specialist who runs an individualTyphlopaedagogy for children includes: - - after appointing a team of specialists for a specific child, setting directions and schedule of measures taken in the field of early support and family support - establishing cooperation with a child care center in which the child is covered by other therapeutic activities to ensure the interaction of interactions

- development and implementation with childreniem and his family an individual program of early development support in the part intended for a typhlopedagogue - assessing progress and difficulties in the child's functioning, including identifying and eliminating barriers and limitations in the environment hindering his activity and participation in social life - analyzing the effectiveness of assistance provided on the basis of program for the child and his familye

- introducing changes to the program according to the current needs of the child and his family

- planning further actions in the field of early support

The contractor's remuneration will be the product of a flat-rate hourly gross remuneration for one hour of the service offered in the offer and the number of hours of service actually carried out in within the program. Offer price isThis is a lump sum price and includes all costs related to the implementation of the contract (subject of the contract) and necessary for its completion, in particular:

- Cost of transport to the service location

- Costs of materials necessary for the proper provision of the service

- Costs of remuneration for service providers

- insurance costs

- taxes, including VAT calculated in accordance with the applicable laws- other fees that may occur in the execution of the order

Proceedings in the matter of ordering are carried out by the attorney: director of the Shared Services Center in Katowice, acting on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party: Specialist Psychological and Pedagogical Clinic, Sokolska St. 26, 40- 086 Katowice, Poland, based on the power of attorney granted in accordance with art. 15 para.-2 of the Act of 29.1.2004.
