The subject of the order is to provide services in the field of individual tyiopopedagogic therapy for children under comprehensive support program for families "Za żyje".

Priority of the second comprehensive support program for families "For life" early support of the development of the child and his family. Task financed from the central budget.

The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of individual tyiopopedagogic therapy for children as part of a comprehensive support program for families "For life."

Estimated number of hours in a period from daysand the conclusion of the contract until 31/12/2018 has been specified in the range: min. 50 h max 100 h. Tyflopedagogical therapy services will be provided in the form of individual classes with children from birth to the time they take up school education. A full clock hour is accepted for one hour of service (60 min.). The scope of duties of a specialist who conducts individual therapy with typhoidagoFor children, it includes: - - after setting up a team of specialists for a particular child, setting directions and schedule of measures taken in the field of early family support and support; - establishing cooperation with a childcare center in which the child is covered by other therapeutic activities to ensure the interaction of interactions ;

- development and implementation with the child and its familiesin - the assessment of progress and difficulties in the child's functioning, including identification and elimination of barriers and limitations in the environment that hinder their activity and participation in social life;

- analyzing the effectiveness of assistance provided under the program to the child and his family;

- introductionchanging the program according to the current needs of the child and his / her family;

- planning further actions in the field of early support.
