1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the service consisting of:

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of the serviceconsisting of:

1.1. development of substantive materials for pilot training for substantive teams,

1.2. organizing and conducting training for representatives of psychological and pedagogical counseling centers (PPP), education curators (KO), local government units (JST) and other educational institutions related to working with a student from the SPE (for the coordinating team of pilot activitiesfrom pilot training), including the development of methodological assumptions regarding the selection of staff coordinating pilot activities and methodological assumptions regarding the selection of participants in pilot trainings, including recruitment for both types of training.

2. The description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix 1 to the Announcement.

3. The subject of the orders will be implemented in accordance with the specimen of the contractAnnex no. 2 to the Announcement. Deadline for implementation: a) Development of substantive materials max. 3 days before the start of the first training. b) Organization of 2 two-day pilot trainings in Warsaw for the staff coordinating pilot activities: First training within: 4- 5 September 2018, second training from 11-12 September 2018.

c) Organization of 2 two-day schoolspilot courses: first training on 13-14 September 2018, second training on 18-19 September 2018

2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the dates.

The Ordering Party does not require a deposit.

The Contractor's Responsibilities

1. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract with due diligence and to supervise the proper implementation of the contract.

2. The Contractor is obliged to have a povertyguaranteeing civil liability in respect of conducted activities related to the subject of the order throughout the period of the order's execution. A copy of the liability policy is attached as Annex 4 to the contract. 1. Before signing the contract, the contractor will provide a performance bond of 5% of gross value
