Implementation of actions to prevent school dropout for Collegians of Val-d'Oise for the 2018/2019 academic year

The purpose of this consultation is to implement prevention of school dropouts for Collegians of Val-d'Oise for the 2018/2019 school year.

Lot 1: accompaniments bystudents in the development of their training course.

Framework agreement with purchase orders with: minimum amount EUR 30 000 excluding VAT / maximum amount EUR 60 000 excl. Tax

DC1 (as at 26.10.2016), the power of the person authorized to bind the applicant firm

- DC2 ( as at 26.10.2016) (turnover of the last 3 years),

- a certificate of insurance in civil liability-signed professional, mentioning: the period of validity, the nature of the guaranteed activities, the name of the company and the contract n,

- if the candidate can not provide a DC1 or DC2 join: a certificate on the honor date and sign showing the elements indicated in the form and copy of the judgment (s) pronounced

Criteria for selection of applications: administrative file complet, adequation of the economic, financial, technical and professional capacities with the object of the market, qualifications or equivalent: the speakers will have to be certified coaches.

Condition of validity of the tender selected: pursuant to articles 51 and 55 II 2 of the decree of 25.3.2016, the successful candidate must justify not being in one of the cases of prohibition to tenderand to produce within the 5 days following the request of the departmental council each of the following documents: the social certificates (Urssaf or RSI certificate, regular payment of paid and unpaid unemployment benefits, regularity of the situation of the employer with regard to the compulsory employment of handicapped workers) and tax (income tax, corporate tax, taxvalue added), an extract from the entry in the Commercial and Companies Register (k or K bis) or the Chamber of Trade (D1) or otherwise, rules of equivalent effect for candidates not established in France (less than 6 months old), and in case of receivership the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, as well as the documents provided for in articles R. 1263-12, D. 8222-5 or D. 8222-7 or D. 8254-2 to D. 8254-5 of the Labor Code.

Although the aforementioned documents are only payable by the successful bidder, applicants are strongly advised to obtain these documents as long as they bid on a public contract. Moreover, and in accordance with the rules of the consultation, the successful candidate will have to submit within the fixed periodIf he has not done so at the filing of his tender, all the documents for which the signature is required must be duly signed without making any modifications.
