For the training of specialists for occupational safety for the years 2019 to 2022 in an open admission procedure in addition to already completed lecturers contracts even more-Lecturers sought to cover the existing need.

SIFA (occupational safety specialists) have the task according to - 6 ASiG, the employer in occupational safety and accident prevention in all matters of occupational safety including dto support humane design of the work. To be able to do their job, they need a special skill, which can be obtained by successfully participating in a recognized training course.

Training for occupational safety experts has been developed further. The establishment of an internet-based learning platform will be the hitherto-used DVDs and instructional letters with the self-learning content replaced. The development of a specific competence of the occupational safety specialists and the aspect of self-reliant, lifelong learning have become more important. Didactic guidelines ensure that the training complies with the standards of adult education.

Tasks of a learning companion-(Lecturers) in the training for occupational safety specialists are:

- Learning support at eye level

- Initiating and supporting reflection processes

- Moving around in the learning world (Internet learning platform); Monitoring and supporting competency development, recognizing need, giving help

- Supporting action-oriented learning

- Giving orientation, visible thread through training-implement - apply didactic guidelines, self-directed, productive, activating, situational and social (fun principles) apply, method selection

- As a point of contact in self-organized learning (SOL), in seminars and traineeship - learning process in self-organized learning ongoing Support

- Provide Active Feedback

- Team Teaching in Seminars

- Ensure Netiquette

- Promote the formation of study groups

The course currently requires about 400 hours of self-organized learning, approx. 450 hours in the seminar and another approx. 290 hours in the course Care of internships seen. (Note: Up to 6 course attendants are currently scheduled for each course, the jewall parts of the course. A course will run for up to 2 years.)

The cost per course for the participants amounts to about 33 days in self-organized learning, 20 days in the seminar and at least 37 days in the internship.

Framework contracts are concluded within the framework of this admission procedure with lecturers for the period from 2019 to 2022. A laterIt is possible to conclude the framework contract by 31.12.2021.

1) Presentation of the bidderor the individual member companies of the consortium, describing the performance profile, the size of the enterprise, the head office and other locations, the description of the structure and the performance profile. The self-declaration must be submitted by the tenderer or the member of the consortium and by all subcontractors. (Eligibility sheet E1)

2) self-declaration, -that for the bidder the offenses listed in -- 123, 124 GWB do not apply. The self-declaration must be submitted by the bidder or the member of the consortium and by subcontractors with a suitability loan. (Eligibility sheet E2)

3) self-declaration that the membership in the responsible professional association exists and the health insurance contributions of the employees as well as aAll taxes and duties were duly discharged. (E3) An excerpt from the professional or commercial register in accordance with the legislation of the country of the Community or the EEA State, as far as the tenderer is registered there, as well as clearance certificates of the tax office, the professional association and the health insurance (not aater als 6 months at the time of submitting the tender) must be enclosed in copy. Self-declaration and proof must be submitted by the bidder or the member of the bidding consortium and, in the case of suitability lending, also by the subcontractor.
