Payroll services

Vitus Zuid has a regular establishment plan and a plus formation. The plus formation consists of employees in all educational positions who jointly provide for facilitation and replacement.

Main Site: The Netherlands.

In the current situation, approximately 16 new employees work on a payroll basis. In all cases it concerns education or educationsupport staff. In the event of proven suitability and continued need of Vitus Zuid, the new employees will be permanently employed by Vitus Zuid after a minimum of three and a maximum of six months. This currently involves an amount of approximately € 1 million per year. The expectation is that in the coming years Vitus Zuid will need less for the refurbishment of its educationdecrease of the described services, as a result of which the average costs will decrease on an annual basis. How big this (possible) decrease will be is uncertain at the moment.
