This invitation for tenders follows the general procurement notice for this project which was published on the EBRD website, project procurement notices.

Procurement will be carried out in accordance with the EBRD 'Procurement Policies and Rules' (PPR), which are published on the Bank's website..

Municipal institution (legal form under Tajik legislation) 'Housing and Municipal Production and Operational Department of Yavan City' (in Tajik PA??AT? ????????? — ????????? ?? ????????? ???????? ??????? ????), which was established by Yavan District on 20.2.1997, Tax ID. No 400000781, hereinafter referred to as 'the Employer' or 'the Client', has received a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, hereinafter referred to as 'the Bank' and intends using part of the proceeds towards the cost of Yavan Solid Waste Project, hereinafter referred to as 'the Project'..

The client now invites tenders for the following contract(s), hereinafter referred to as 'the Contract', to be funded from part of the above proceeds:.

YSWP02 Reconstruction of Central Depot..

Tendering for contracts to be financed with the above proceeds is open to firms and individuals from any country..

To be qualified for the award of a Contract, tenderers must substantially satisfy the following minimum criteria:.

(a) average annual turnover.

The tenderer must demonstrate minimum average annual construction turnover of 300 000, 00 USD (Three hundred thousand USD), calculated as total certified payments received for.

Contracts in progress or completed, within the last 3 [2016, 2017, 2018] years..

The lead partner of a JVCA shall meet 70 % of this requirement. Each other partner shall meet not less than 30 % of this requirement..

(b) experience.

Experience in the role of contractor, in at least 2 contracts within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least 90 000, 00 USD (ninety thousand), that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed works.
