This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on the EBRD website, Procurement Notices (www.ebrd.com) on 2.2.2017..

Osh Municipal Enterprise "Oshgorvodokanal", hereinafter referred to as "the Purchaser", intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD or the Bank) and a grant from the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), administered by the bank towards the cost of Osh Water and Waste Water Rehabilitation Project..

The purchaser now invites sealed tenders from Suppliers for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan and the grant:.

— OWRP-7: Supply of operation and maintenance vehicles and equipment (single lot) including:.

—— Item 1.1 Emergency Repair Vehicle (Van / mobile repair shop) 2 units.

—— Item 1.2 Emergency Repair Vehicle (7-seat panel van) 2 units.

—— Item 1.3 Complementary Equipment, Diesel generator 1 unit.

Tenders are invited for 1 lot. Each item must be priced separately..

Tendering for the contract to be financed with the proceeds of a loan and a grant from the bank is open to firms from any country..

To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria:.

— tenderers shall have an average annual turnover over the last 3 (three) years of 200 000 (two hundred thousand) EUR, .

— experience in at least 2 (two) contracts within the last 5 (five) years. Only contracts that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed goods will be considered. The similarity shall be based on the physical size, complexity, specification and /or other characteristics as described in Section VI, supply requirements, .

— the tenderer shall submit with its tender, evidence that it is represented by an Agent in the country, and.
