ZP Elektrokrajina a.d. Banja Luka (Mixed holding Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske "ERS" — Parent Company stk. company Trebinje — dependent company "Elektrokrajina" stk. company Banja Luka), the Employer, has received a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of Elektrokrajina power distribution project..

The Employer now invites sealed tenders from contractors for the following contracts to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan:.

— Lot No.1: Reconstruction of Medium and Low Voltage networks in five business units of Elektrokrajina: Banja Luka, Prijedor, Laktaši, Srbac and Novi Grad, .

— Lot No.2: Reconstruction of Medium and Low Voltage networks in four business units of Elektrokrajina: Gradiška, Prnjavor, Mrkonji? Grad and Kozarska Dubica..

The contracts includes supply and installation of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) equipment and reconstruction of underground and overhead lines in urban, suburban and rural areas..

It is expected that the contract will commence in the 1st quarter of 2019 and will be completed within 3 years..

To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must satisfy the following minimum criteria:.

— Successful experience as a main contractor in the execution of at least two (2) contracts related to construction or reconstruction medium and/or low voltage networks or other power lines of a magnitude comparable to the proposed contract within the last five (5) years. For assessment purposes the values of the referred contracts shall be not less than the equivalent of the following amounts:.

— Lot No.1: 1 300 000 EUR, .

— Lot No.2: 1 400 000 EUR..

— Successful experience as a contractor (prime or subcontractor) in the execution of at least two (2) contracts for construction and/or reconstruction of medium and low voltage power lines of a nature and complexity comparable to the proposed contract within the last five (5) years. For assessment purposes the referred contracts shall include construction and/or reconstruction of at least 20 km of medium voltage power lines, and 20 km of low power voltage networks, including underground and overhead lines. With respect to the these and other contracts the total length of constructed and/or reconstructed medium voltage power lines within this period should be at least 50 km and low voltage power lines at least 50 km..

— Average annual turnover as prime contractor for the last five (5) years - not less than the equivalent of the following amounts:.

—— Lot No.1: 2 000 000 EUR, .

—— Lot No.2: 2 100 000 EUR..

— Sound financial position of the tenderer over the last 5 years; access to, or availability of liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means sufficient to meet:.

(a) the cash flow for the proposed contract for a period of six (6) months, estimated as not less than the following amounts:.

(b) the overall cash flow requirements for the proposed Contract and (c) tenderer's current commitments for other contracts:.
