1) This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published on the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) website, Procurement Notices (www.ebrd.com) on 16.2.2018..

2) Municipal Enterprise Batken "Taza Suu" hereinafter referred to as "the Employer", intends using part of the proceeds of a loan and a grant from the Bank towards the cost of Batken Water Subproject..

3) The Employer now invites sealed tenders from Contractors for the following contract[s] to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan:.

Construction of Batken city Water Supply and Sewerage Network and WWTP. The estimated duration of the contract is 510 days for Lot 1, 450 days for Lot 2 and 420 days for Lot 3..

4) Tenders are invited for 1 or more lots. Each lot must be priced separately. Tenders for more than 1 lot may offer discounts and such discounts will be considered in the comparison of tenders..

Lot 1: Construction of Water Supply network in Batken city (including supply and installation of water meters and water meter boxes);.

Lot 2: Construction of waste water network and rehabilitation of WWTP; and.

5) Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from any country..

6) To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers must substantially satisfy the following minimum criteria:.

(i) the Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of 3 000 000, 00 EUR (three million Euro) for Lot 1; 350 000, 00 EUR (three hundred and fifty thousand Euro) for Lot 2; and 360 000, 00 EUR (three hundred and sixty thousand Euro) for Lot 3 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last three (3) years;.

(ii) the Tenderer shall demonstrate that it has successful experience in the role of main contractor, subcontractor or management contractor in at least two (2) contracts within the last five (5) years starting from 1.1.2014 for each lot separately, each with a value of at least, 3 100 000, 00 EUR (three million and one hundred thousand Euro) for Lot 1; 390 000, 00 EUR (three hundred and ninety thousand Euro) for Lot 2; and 410 000, 00 EUR (four hundred and ten thousand Euro) for Lot 3 that have been successfully and substantially completed (the successful experience shall be deemed of at least 80 % completion rate) and that are similar to the proposed works..
