This refers to the supply of used machine tools for the-needs of the Regional Association of Solid Waste Management Institutions (FODS) of Central Macedonia. With this commission, the Regional Association (FODA) of Central Macedonia will be able to cover the operational needs of the Sanitary Landfill (CY.TA.) NW of the Prefecture of Thessaloniki (CY.M. T.A. Mavrorahis). The delivery of the equipment will be on site at the HYATT. Mavrorahis and thethe equipment will be delivered ready for circulation along with registration plates and a license in the name of the Regional Association, with responsibility and costs borne by the contractor of all kinds. in the HYATT. Mowers - Track Crawler: The machine to be procured will be used, but in a very good wayoperating state, with a construction year of at least 2008 or later and with operating hours of maximum 7.000 h. The year of manufacture and the operating hours of the machine will be certified by an attestation from the manufacturer or its official dealership. The action of the machine will occur both in the horizontal movement of the machine (work on the circulation layer)(work on the front or side slopes with a maximum slope of 1: 1). The components of the machine must comply with all applicable provisions so that it can be put into circulation and used in Greece with a lawful license. It will be delivered ready for circulation along with license plates and licenses in the name of Regional Plusbeam. It should be CE marked. The machine will be manufactured in accordance with European Union standards and restrictions relating to environmental protection, pollutant emissions and noise emissions.

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial or industrial or craft activitywhich is related to the subject of supply. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412 / 2016. In the case of financial donationsestablished in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the EMS. or to third countries not covered by the preceding indent and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or commercial registers.
